Backup Agreement

Hosting and Reseller Services 1: We automatically backup server data every 3 days in our Hosting and Reseller Services. However, these backups are taken for potential system failures. Customers are responsible for taking their own backups, and our company may share backups with customers on a goodwill basis.

2: For any issues arising from hardware or software in Hosting, Reseller, and SEO Reseller servers, the service owner is responsible for their own backup. Our company is in no way responsible.

3: Backups are valid for websites that do not exceed 5 GB. Sites exceeding 5 GB are not covered by the backup service, and our company cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise on these sites. Customers are obligated to take their own backups.

Virtual Server Services (VPS and VDS) 1: We take weekly server backups in our VPS and VDS services. However, these backups are taken for potential system failures. Our company may share backups with customers on a goodwill basis.

2: If the customer has not purchased a paid backup service, our company will not accept any responsibility.

Physical Server Services 1: In rented or hosting services for physical servers, paid or free backups are not provided.

2: All backup responsibilities lie with the user who rents or hosts the server. Our company will not accept any responsibility in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Accounts overdue by 7 days are deleted from the servers. Therefore, customers cannot request backups at the end of the service period, as the backups, including those previously taken, will also be deleted from the servers. For this reason, our company cannot be held responsible in the event of any inconvenience.
