Keeping financial and accounting records.
Increasing the quality of our service.
Obtaining approval from the person who performs/causes the transaction, confirming their identity in all transactions that pose a risk.
Providing information in case of a request by judicial and administrative authorities.
Sending periodic campaign studies, newsletters, and notifications within this framework if the consent text is marked.
Creating customer risk analysis, ensuring security controls.

To Whom and for What Purposes Personal Data Will Be Transferred Your personal data is not shared with third parties. Your personal data is transferred to the servers of the applications we use to perform certain activities. These are as follows:

For the purpose of collecting money and refunding in credit card payments, your name, surname, invoice number, amount, and payment date are transferred to PayTR Payment and Electronic Money Institution Inc. for virtual POS services. Your credit card information is not stored in our systems, even if you request it.
In order to send invoices to customers by our finance department, Paraşüt Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. company and its software are used for recording invoice data due to the electronic mail service.
In order to create stamp duty declaration and approve invoices, customer name, surname, T.C. identification number, tax office, country, city, tax number, and contract amount may be transferred to our financial advisory firm.

In addition to all these, personal data is shared with law enforcement and prosecution authorities, courts, and personal data due to our legal obligations.

Rights of the Data Subject under Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply for the following purposes:

To learn whether personal data is processed.
To request information if personal data has been processed.
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose.
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether personal data is transferred abroad or not.
To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing.
In this context, requests to Eka Sunucu will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
